PLEASE NOTE FOR '2010:


• Low Season:  4th January – 31st March  and   1st November - 19th December

• Mid Season:  1st April - 31st May  and  1st Sept -  31st October 

• High Season:  1st June - 31st August

 


    CONDITIONS OF BOOKING

    • A £25.00 deposit is required upon booking, and this can be paid by cheque, made payable to ‘Lorien House’. No booking is confirmed until a deposit is received. The deposit is non-refundable on cancellation.

    • Cancellations within 48hours of arrival will be charged the full price of the first nights stay

    • Entry after 4:00pm on day of arrival and rooms should be vacated by 10am on morning of departure.

    • If you expect to arrive after 7pm, you should notify us and advise of your expected time of arrival. If we have not heard from you by 9:30pm we reserve the right to re-let the room.

    •Please note that any damage to rooms will be charged

    •Sorry no children under 12 years of age

    •We reserve the right to refuse entry
