Prices are quoted per room per night. All prices include our superb choice of breakfasts.
Please Note:
• Low Season – 3rd January – 9th March & 1st November - 20th December
• Mid Season - 10th March - 31st May & 1st Sept - 31st October
• High Season - 1st June - 31st August
Please note: A minimum two night stay is applicable in June, July & August and on public holidays

Discounts
A 10% discount will be applied to the above rates for stays of four nights or more.

Conditions of Booking
• A £20.00 deposit is required upon booking, and this can be paid by cheque, made payable to ‘Lorien House’ or by most Credit/Debit Cards (sorry, no American Express or JCB cards). The deposit is non-refundable.
• If you expect to arrive after 6pm, you should notify us and advise of your expected time of arrival. If we have not heard from you by 8pm we reserve to right to re-let the room.
• If you cancel less than 48 hours before 4pm (UK time) of your arrival date, or do not take up your booking by 8pm on the night of your first stay, you will be charged for the remainder of the booking value for the first nights stay.
• Rooms can be occupied after 4.00 p.m. on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.30 a.m. on the day of departure. Guests are welcome to drop off their luggage before 4.00 p.m. if they wish.
