PLEASE NOTE:  bookings through e-mail are not confirmed until you recieve a conformation e-mail from me and a deposit is received.

CONDITIONS OF BOOKING:

• A £20.00 deposit is required upon booking, and this can be paid by cheque, made payable to ‘Lorien House’. No booking is confirmed until a deposit is received. The deposit is non-refundable on cancellation.

 (£30 2 nights / £40-3 nights or more, £60-5 nights or more) 

• Cancellations within 48hours of arrival will be charged the full price of the first nights stay

• Entry after 4:00pm on day of arrival and rooms should be vacated by 10am on morning of departure.

• If you expect to arrive after 7pm, you should notify us and advise of your expected time of arrival. If we have not heard from you by 9:30pm we reserve the right to re-let the room.

• Please note that any damage to rooms will be charged

• Sorry no children under 12 years of age, no dogs 

• We reserve the right to refuse entry
